Heathrow Airport (Terminals 2, 3, 4, and 5) is within London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ). All vehicles must meet ULEZ standards to avoid daily fees.

If your vehicle isn’t compliant, you’re responsible for the daily charge on drop-off and pick-up dates. Pay at this link.

Entry & Exit Fees
An additional Entry Fee of £7.50 and Exit Fee of £7.50 will apply. These fees are not included in the parking price.
TERMINAL 2
Departure Instructions (SAT NAV postcode TW16 1EW)
- From the M25 exit (Junction 15), please follow the signs for Terminals 2 and 3 following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Drive through the tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 2 and 3.
- After the tunnel, please keep to the right, passing the Central Bus Station and joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
- Please keep to the right, the road to Terminal 2 heads away from the building, before turning back as the road heads up to the Terminal 2 Departures and the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
- Once you are driving up the ramp, please continue to keep to the right side and the ramp will lead directly into the “Short stay car park” entry barrier.
- Keep to lanes 5 or 6, (towards the ticket machine), then drive up to Level 4 of the Short Stay car park.
- Take a ticket at the barrier and enter the car park.
- Once you reach Level 4, please keep to the RIGHT, following the signs for ‘Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet’.
- Please Park your car in “Row B”.
- Our staff can be found in the lift lobby, wearing Tidy Parking hi-viz jackets.
Return Instructions
- Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the number provided when you dropped your car off.
- Make your way to the location where you dropped the vehicle off, (Level 4 of the Short Stay car park) and your car will be ready for you in Row B next to the lift/pay machine.

TERMINAL 3
Departure Instructions (SAT NAV postcode TW6 1QG)
- From the M25 exit (Junction 15), please follow the signs for Terminals 2 and 3, following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
- Drive through the tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 2 and 3.
- After the tunnel, please keep in the 1st lane and then follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3).
- Take a ticket from the barrier, drive up to Level 4.
Park your car in “Row A”. - Our staff can be found in the lift lobby, wearing Tidy Parking hi-viz jackets.
Return Instructions
- Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the number provided when you dropped your car off.
- In the arrival’s hall, (just before the Exit door on the right-hand side), take the lift to Level 4 Short Stay Car Park where your car will be ready and waiting for you in ROW A.
TERMINAL 4
Departure Instructions (SAT NAV postcode TW6 3XA)
- Follow the signs to the Short Stay car park, drive up to Level 2 and park your car in Row F.
- Please look for the “Off Airport Meet and Greet’ sign, our staff can be found in the lift lobby, wearing Tidy Parking hi-viz jackets.
- Please have your booking confirmation to hand, together with your return flight details.
Return Instructions
- Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the number provided when you dropped your car off.
- Walk back to the Short Stay car park (Level 2, Row R) where our team will have your car ready and waiting for you.
TERMINAL 5
Departure Instructions (SAT NAV postcode TW6 2GA)
- Follow the signs to the “Short Stay car park”, as you take the exit for Terminal 5 from the roundabout, the car park is located to the right of the ramp.
Once you have arrived at the Short Stay car park, move to the left hand lane and follow the directions to “LEVEL 4”. - Please take a ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones “R-S”.
- Park your car in the designated area, sign posted as “Off Airport Meet & Greet”
- Our staff can be found by the lift lobby, wearing Tidy Parking hi-viz jackets.
Return Instructions
- Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the number provided when you dropped your car off.
- Walk back to the Short Stay car park (Level 4), where our team will have your car ready and waiting for you in Row R OR S.
