Terms and Conditions

    1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Tidy Airport Parking (“we”, “us”, “our”) off-airport parking services, including vehicle collection from the airport and parking in our off-airport car parks. By making a booking, you (“customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

    2. Booking and Amendments

     2.1 Correct Information

–              Customers must provide a correct return flight number at the time of booking.

     2.2 Vehicle Changes

–              Customers must inform us of any vehicle changes at least 24 hours before the booking commences.

     2.3 Amendment Fees

Standard Customers:   

  – ÂŁ10 per amendment if made more than 24 hours before the booking commences.

  – ÂŁ15 per amendment if made less than 24 hours before the booking commences.

Plus Customers:   

  – ÂŁ10 per amendment if made less than 24 hours before the booking commences.

Elite Customers:   

  – Unlimited amendments at no extra charge.

     2.4 Examples of Amendments

– Time of parking

– Car registration number

– Return flight number

– Departure or arrival terminal

     2.5 Date Changes

-All date changes are subject to availability.

–   Standard Customers:   In addition to the amendment fee, a change in rate may apply.

–   Plus Customers:  Charged the difference in rates from the original booking to the amended dates if applicable.

–   Elite Customers:   No charge for date changes.

    3. Additional Days Charges

–   Standard Customers:   ÂŁ35 per day for extra days.

–   Plus Customers:   ÂŁ25 per day for extra days.

–   Elite Customers:   ÂŁ15 per day for extra days.

    4. Cancellations and Refunds

–   Standard Customers:   70% refund if booking is cancelled 48 hours before booking commences.

–   Plus Customers:   80% refund if booking is cancelled 48 hours before booking commences.

–   Elite Customers:   95% refund if booking is cancelled 48 hours before booking commences.

No refund for bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

    5. Parking and Return Procedure

Regardless of the tier booked, call us 30 minutes before dropping off your vehicle  to confirm your booking and terminal.

–        Upon your return at the airport

  – Call us once when you land.

  – Call us a second time when you have your luggage or after passport control if you only have hand luggage.

If you are late for your booked time for parking;

Standard Customers:  ÂŁ10 per hour if you are late and you fail to inform us at least 30 minutes before your booked time slot.  In addition there will be a ÂŁ15 fee for changing your booked time.

Plus Customer:  No extra charge for up to 1 hour delay, providing we are informed 30 minutes before the booked time slot.  If you fail to inform us, there will be a ÂŁ10 per hour late charge and ÂŁ15 fee for changing your booked time.  

Elite Customer:   No extra charges providing we are informed 30 minutes before.  If you fail to call us you may have a wait time for the next available driver.  This will nullify your zero wait privilege.

     5.1 Collection Timing

–   Standard Customers:   Cars will be dispatched to the relevant airport car parks 45 minutes after the plane has landed. Customers are required to pay the airport entry and exit fees.

–   Plus Customers:   Cars will arrive 15 minutes after the second ready call. Entry and exit fees are not included.

–   Elite Customers:   Cars will be waiting at the predetermined meeting location. Entry and exit fees are included (for up to three hours after the initial landing call).

    6. Insurance and Liability

     6.1 Insurance

– Once parked, the car is covered by the owner’s own insurance.

– Customers should check their own insurance policies for coverage, as we are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

     6.2 Liability Limitations

–              We are only liable for damages arising from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

    7. Vehicle Condition

–              Vehicles must be in a roadworthy condition and meet all legal requirements.

    8. Mileage Expectations

–              A reasonable increase in mileage may occur due to moving the vehicle to storage locations.

    9. Damage Reporting

–              Any damages must be reported immediately upon vehicle return.

    10. Payment Terms

–              Payment is due as specified at the time of booking. We reserve the right to retain the vehicle until full payment is received in cases of additional charges

–              Entry and exit fees are not included in the price Customers will have to pay an Entry Fee of ÂŁ7.50 and Exit Fee of ÂŁ7.50

    11. Service Scope

–              The services provided are defined as car collection, parking, and return as specified. Any additional services or limitations will be communicated directly.

    12. Customer Indemnification

–              Customers agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from the use of our services.

    13. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

–              These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved according to UK law and under the jurisdiction of UK courts.

    14. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

–              We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
