Vehicle Restrictions:

Vehicles that meet the following requirements or have special conditions (e.g., steering wheel locks, ghost alarms) may incur additional charges.

  • Minibuses.
  • Single/double-cab pickups (e.g., Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux).
  • Panel vans (e.g., VW Transporter, Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter).
  • Camper vans or vehicles exceeding 2.15m in height.

Flexibility for Travel Changes:

  • Early return? Notify us as soon as possible to prepare your car. Refunds for early returns are not available.
  • Late return? Grace periods are available until midnight, after which standard rates of £20 per day apply.
  • Missed Arrival? If you don’t arrive by midnight on your booked date, your reservation will be cancelled. A £25 fee applies to reinstate your booking.

Arriving at our secure car park

When you arrive at our secure facility:

  • · Our friendly staff will greet you and take charge of your vehicle.
  • · We’ll move your car into our secure parking area for safekeeping.
  • · You’ll then board our shuttle bus, which departs every 15–30 minutes and arrives at your terminal in approximately 10–15 minutes.
  • · Please note: if your arrival is outside shuttle hours (4:00 AM–11:00 PM), you will need to arrange a taxi.

Returning to the airport

  • Once you’ve cleared Immigration/Passport Control and are about to collect your luggage, give us a call at 07771 170787.
  • · Proceed to the Departure drop-off area and catch the shuttle bus back to Tidy Airport Parking.
  • · We’ll have your car ready and waiting so you can continue your journey smoothly and without delay.

Self Park

f you’ve booked our Self Park service, the process is just as simple:

  • On arrival, our team will direct you to a parking space within our secure compound.
  • · You park your own car and keep your keys for peace of mind.
  • · Then simply catch the shuttle bus to your terminal, running every 15–30 minutes (10–15 minute journey).
  • · As with valet parking, if you’re arriving outside shuttle hours (4:00 AM–11:00 PM), you’ll need to arrange your own taxi.

ULEZ Compliance Required

Heathrow Airport (Terminals 2, 3, 4, and 5) is within London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ). All vehicles must meet ULEZ standards to avoid daily fees.

What great service and price. My first time of using their meet and greet service at Heathrow T5. Having travelled for 45 years my recent experiences over the last 1/2 years is the meet and greet services at London Heathrow have become much worse with reliability being rock bottom. Never sure they will turn up let alone on time. Waiting too long for dropping off your car when returning home. Not being able to contact someone as mailbox full when you do. So frustrating. But I now found tidy parking and based on my first experience incredible. There on time, both departing and arriving, they ring you on arrival. Polite courteous you can understand them and all at a great price. I will definitely be using again if this is the pattern and process and service moving forward.

Absolute brilliant service. Very close to the terminal. We were delayed by storm Bert. Flight out was nearly cancelled and we had a 6 hour delay. Rang Tidy to ask if we could get car returned early. Nothing was too much trouble. They constantly stayed in touch. On returning we were delayed another 4 hours and plane was changed. They text several times. Eventually got back and the car was returned very quickly. No extra charges. Only thing to remember is with the quote you have to add on £15 for car park charges but this is made clear on purchase. I thoroughly recommend this firm and really nice staff. They deserve all the custom they get

Excellent Service – probably the best airport parking experience we’ve had. Was about to book Heathrow official parking when I noticed an email from Tidy Airport Parking in my spam file. I asked for a quote for meet and greet parking and immediately got a great price back. I checked the reviews on Trustpilot which were excellent and then booked. I received confirmation and clear parking instructions by return. We were called on the way to the airport to confirm that someone would be there to greet us which they were and on return we were called in the arrivals hall to confirm that they would be at our very easy meeting point once we were through baggage claim. Excellent, friendly and very easy to book. Will definitely use again.

We were booking with Tidy Airport on our way to the airport (somewhat last minute!). Nicky was professional, efficient, very polite and went above and beyond in helping us to get the paperwork done in time. The car drop off and the return also went very smoothly and the drivers each time were polite and helpful. Nicky in particular is an asset to your company. An excellent experience and will definitely use again and recommend friends.

They’re a new company but, as well as being competitively priced, their customer service is second to none. On both departure and return days, I got a call from their driver telling me where to meet him at T4. He was there on time and was friendly and helpful!
My car was parked offsite in an indoors multi-story car park (I checked on my car’s GPS tracker log).
I can’t recommend these guys enough. Their customer service sets them apart!
I’ll be using them again.
